SECTION VE TEST SESSIONS

• ARCA, EBARC, and ORCA sponsor joint ARRL VEC Amateur Radio Test Sessions quarterly (4/27, 7/27, 10/26) at 0900 hours. Exams are held at Fire Station #1 Media Room, 1605 Martin Luther King at 17th Street, Oakland. The 2008 fee (and retest fee) remains at $14. For info call 510-846-1587 or 510-741-8227.
• LARK holds ARRL VE testing sessions following each monthly meeting. Participants must let the VE Team know before 1030 hours local that morning that they wish to take tests so that the VE Team members know there is a need for them to remain following the meeting. Testing will generally begin at about 1130 and will continue for as long as necessary. The 1030 time period has two goals: 1) to enable the Team members to plan, and 2) to encourage you - the participant - to attend our meeting and participate.
• MDARC holds VE test sessions on the 3rd Friday of the month, 1800 hours local, at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, 1035 Carol Lane, Lafayette, CA
