ARRL East Bay Section

The Silverado Amateur Radio Society (SARS) would like to invite you to our meeting on February 17, 2009 at 1900 hours local, for a presentation on Open APRS. This presentation was cut short at Pacificon in October. The presentation will be given by Greg Carter NV6G. Our meeting location is 2383 Napa Vallejo Highway, Napa, CA. Greg has developed open APRS and is working on a new program that we think you will be interested in.
